For anyone who has struggled with epilepsy, i've been through it, and i'm going through it. The key to facing epilepsy is curbiong your stress levels. Communicating effectively with your doctors, going to your support groups, and finding out the type of support you are eligible for as an epileptic. Most of us would love to live independant of the government or a capitalist system which we almost at times feel ensnared by. If your epileptic and your frustrated in your work environment, wether it's stress therapy, talking to human resources to relocate, or going to your local business centre to find as much information about your eligibility as you can.

Great support systems to tap into are: www.epilepsy.org.uk

Often times we find it hard to ask for help, but when you have a disability, there's no shame in it. Wether it's financial aid you need, or just information. Knowledge is power.
