steering from stigma

Stigma's. Do we need to embrace other people's fear? Face it that's what Stigma's are. Someone explained to me that there's a stigma about having Epilepsy...i responded respectfully i hadn't heard of such a Stigma, refusing to feed into the Fear. There's a Stigma about being 40 and not having a driving licence, or being unmarried at a certain age, Stigma's are silly things created by people who enjoy living in Fear. For the person who is desperate to find work, meets a potential employer in the field they spent years studying in a Stigma is the last thing on their mind. Maybe the individual they met seemed vibrant, engaging, fun, charismatic, likable conversation flowed easily, they looked uber healthy even athletic. The first thing on their mind is i hope that person's okay, second is curiosity, what was that? Third i hope this guy/woman gets better so they remember what a good impression i made and hire me so i can pay my bills. For the man/ woman who have spent years in one toxic relationship to the next, looking for love with a fire, if they meet a potential partner who could be the love of their life, ticks all the boxes and is on controlled medication, and acquiring the right information on epilepsy. Less about the Stigma's more about the truth.
