Exercise is great for the body but it is exceptional for the mind. It releases positive endorphins throughout the body it fills you with a sense of renewed vitality. You are motivated, energized empowered enough to accomplish whichever goals are laid out in front of you. A fire is lit from within and it fills you with drive. My routine and daily regiment is a workout first thing every morning, hard work, thorough , discipline, it fills you with the first sense of achievement. The ability to tackle and fulfill any goal. You are lightening.
